You can return any item within 28 days of receipt or 14 days in case of sales items. Please notify us with an email at: email@example.com and we will provide a return code & address. As a customer you need to ensure that the goods are in the same condition you’ve received them, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags and packing intact. All items will be inspected on arrival and if they don’t meet the above conditions will be resent to customer. Returns are made at your own risk; hence we suggest you use a secure, insured and tracked delivery service. Kites and Bites can’t assume liability for missing returns. At this moment we cannot offer a free return service. It usually takes up to 1 week for your refund to be credited. For international returns please mark clearly on your return invoice “Returned goods – No commercial value”
You can exchange any item within 14 days of receipt or 7 days in case of sales items. Please notify us with an email at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please check that we have in stock the size/colour that you wish to exchange it for. We would try to put it aside when you inform us by email; just to make sure it doesn’t become unavailable by the time we get your parcel.
Damaged or defective items
KITES AND BITES aim to sell only top quality garments. Before goods are shipped they go through several quality control checks. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item please let us know at email@example.com within one week of receiving the order. Please include in the email a photo and description of the flaw. If the faulty is legit we will refund the full price including delivery costs and reasonable return costs you incur.
